The following Bills were referred to Committee by the Senate:

Whistleblower Protection Authority Bill 2025 (No. 2) be referred to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 29 August 2025

AusCheck Amendment (Global Entry Program) Bill 2025 be referred to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report by 21 March 2025

Additional Senate Estimates will be heard 24 – 28 February.

Parliament will next sit 25-27-March with the Budget (notionally at least) to be brought in on Tuesday 25 March.
